Ingredients:
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise into thin strips

  • 300g ground turkey or chicken

  • 1 cup low-sugar marinara sauce (or crushed tomatoes with herbs)

  • 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 50–60g shredded mozzarella (or plant-based cheese)

Instructions:
