Ingredients: (serves 2-3)
1 lb (450 g) grass-fed ground beef (use organic if you can)
1 medium zucchini, grated and drained with cheesecloth
1 egg (preferably pasture-raised)
2 tbsp panko or crushed breadcrumbs
1 tsp tomato purée
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried rosemary (or fresh)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mixed greens for serving
Instructions:
