Ingredients (for the Roast Beef):
500–600g beef sirloin or top round roast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme

1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)

Instructions:
