Ingredients:
  • 1 medium cauliflower head (about 600 g)

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp tahini (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
  1. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets (avoid cutting too close to the core for best texture).

  2. In a large bowl, add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Toss cauliflower well to coat evenly. (Tip: Wear gloves to prevent turmeric stains!)

  3. Place in an air fryer basket and cook at 385°F (195°C) for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
